Jodie Foster had a stucker named John Hinckley during the time she studied at Yale. He stood at hotel Duncan in the hope of getting close to hear, sneaking around her dormitory. In an attempt to impress her he shot Ronald Reagan in 1981. Hinckley was found not guilty by reason of insanity on charges of attempting to assassinate the President and remains confined to a psychiatric facility. In this performance, we can hear a man's voice reading of the original love letter that John Hinckley wrote to Jodie Foster and the original psychiatrist report. Two headshots of the actress were used as masks, one as a young women and another as a mature woman. Theme of obsession and insanity emerge within certain gestures of the performers.
